Invention

My invention is the air conditsioned  dog house. "If you buy it, your animal won't regret it". It has all of the basic needs like a bed, water bowl, and a food bowl. It helps the enviorment because it is solar. Dont buy the cheap dog houses. Buy Animals Inc. products. It also includes a heater. The side effects are your animal will freeze to death or burn to death unless you dont check on them. "If you buy, your animal wont regret it"!

Family traditions

We always spend time together at everyone's house. My godmother always bakes cookies, cakes, etc. We stay up to midnight, watch the ball drop and go crazy. We eat black eyed peas. The family never ever has dirty laundry before the New Year begins.

Sharing little things with Ms. Carroll

My name is Kavon Carroll. I'm eleven years of age. I have a maltese named Lucky. I have a older brother. I play football and baseball. I'm also trying out for basketball. I play an alto saxophone. I like all subjects. I could get a little crazy at times but mostly I'm poised. I have too many traits, I can't even count them. I'm an uncle to two kids.

Holiday traditions

For every holiday we celebrate, my mom’s sisters have a event at each of their houses. For example ,Thanksgiving is at my mom’s house, then the holiday is at aunt’s house. Sometimes it can get very loud and crowded. We gather, give thanks with each other and bless the food. My godmother always bakes the best desserts. The desserts are gone so fast its not even funny. I’m happy because the events are so fun and well planned. It could get rough at times but mostly it is calm. My family is very nice. They give every one the time to speak.  

Narrative

My name is Kavon Carroll. I’m ten years of age. I’m a sixth grader. Family can be annoying sometime but I can survive. I have strategies to go through with my family problems. But they can also help me learn lessons and help me with school to. The problems I have, every one chips in to help me.  “Would you stop that”!  “No”!  You are really starting to get on my nerve”! He kept on hitting me because he wouldn’t let me ride his RAZOR scooter. So he punched me with all his might. He was very annoying, mean, and rude.  My stomach started to hurt me. BAM! The tables turned on my short cousin Messiah. He fell back crying with everyone surrounding him. I ran inside my brother’s crammed house. Which was in the process of having my nephew’s birthday party.  I ran up into the bathroom. I saw a beast in the mirror and I was not happy with myself. The coast was clear, I sneaked down stairs . There was a ton of people between 30-50 people, considering how small his house is. ”There was a lot of babbling going on”.  I walked like nothing happened . Eventually I came outside, I didn’t talk for about 10-20 minutes. Then he finally let me ride his scooter. I remember the same type of scenario in Our Redeemer a private school. A girl kept hitting me. I said “No” but she kept doing it. So I punched her in her stomach and couldn’t breathe. Her mom assisted her immediately. I always look back at that day, just to see my mistake. So I never do that to anyone including my family, friends, unless they do something drastic to me. Even though they can be annoying and destructive. My brother had my birthday party at his house. The kids took the heads off my niece’s dolls. There were holes in the walls and everything was scattered all over the floor. So my brother got mad at my niece Khalani for letting people destroy her house. Its so ironic that when I have a event at my house, every one destroys my stuff and never cleans up after themselves.

Patriotism

 Patriotism is what this country lives on today. Why does this country need it? It’s our foundation to

survive on. Every body needs to chip in.”My fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.” Not just people in the Armed Forces have to do stuff, you can just do little things to help make us better in religion, support, service, and unity. That’s all the Founding Fathers wanted from us all along.

No one should be lazy. Patriotism is defense in progress. American Citizens have the right to grieve over loved love ones that have pasted. America has pride to have more self confidence and to share with other countries around the world. Pride is one of the reasons America is what it is today. Did Columbus have any pride?  Of he did. He had to because he had to make peace with Native Americans to make clothes, vegetation, and hygiene better.

The Soldiers have freedom to risk their lives for the all American citizens. Every one has to be hard working. The Soldiers have to go through hard core training like boot camp, climbing a wall, crawling under wires, going to shooting ranges, and survival strategies. They have to learn patience and self-discipline.

The Constitutional Rights play a big role in patriotism. The rights are like laws, they help control order. They like restraints, examples are bar restraints, and lap restraints. Rights are what keep balance between good and evil. People should work in unity to keep patriotism flowing. Non one should stop working no matter the circumstances.  The entire world follows the same rules.

There are eight main components to society which are Unity is working together , Service is jobs and other stuff, the Founding Fathers are people who built this country, Support is how people act in unity, Constitutional Rights are like laws/restraints,  American citizens help protect America. Pride is what America strives on. Soldiers risk their lives for the freedom and safety that we have today. America is never incomplete.

Halloween assignement

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays because I get free stuff and I get to eat alot of candy in one day. I can't wait to see all the costumes in middle school. I'm probalary going to change in school, because I don't want to have my costume on all day. I'm happy parents don't have to pick kids up because it would be a hassle to the PTO. I think I'm going to be Scream this year just like in elemetary school. I wonder if teachers are going to dress up too! What my family does on Halloween night is we go trick-or-treating with friends. Ihave bin very good and doing my homework, so I really think I diserve this privledge alot!!!
